Aqua Aerobics is a great combination of fun and exercise. 

  • Everyone is welcome to participate.
  • All classes cater to a range of fitness levels and abilities

 The pool is heated to 32 degrees all year round.

Instructors Qualifications?

Our instructors hold:

  • Certificate III in Fitness
  • Specialist Aqua Aerobics Certification
  • Senior First Aid & CPR
  • And other higher qualifications depending on fitness interests
