Aqua Aerobics
Aqua Aerobics is a great combination of fun and exercise.
- Everyone is welcome to participate.
- All classes cater to a range of fitness levels and abilities
- Classes run for 1 hour.

Is the Water Warm?
- Yes - The pool is heated to 32 degrees all year round.
Instructors Qualifications?
Our instructors hold:
- Certificate III in Fitness
- Specialist Aqua Aerobics Certification
- Senior First Aid & CPR
- And other higher qualifications depending on fitness interests
